Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Oversee account management processes to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for upper management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical sales or outside sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients successfully.
  • Ability to manage and sell.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
